FAQ

1.   What is the cost of a bin? --- Bins for general garbage are $140.00 for delivery and $90.00 per metric tonne of waste. There is a minimum 1 tonne charge. All prices are subject to HST.

2.  What is the price difference between a 10yd bin and a 20yd bin? --- None. All bins for general garbage are $140.00 for delivery. The weight of the waste put inside the bin determines the additional cost.

3.  How long can I keep the bin?--- Bins can be kept for up to one week from the day of delivery. There will be an additional delivery charge for bins that are not called in to be picked up within the week time slot.

4.  Can I get a bin delivered or picked up right away? --- Sometimes we are able to deliver/pickup bins same day that have been ordered in the morning. However, weather, traffic, and varying turn-around times sometimes make this impossible. We strongly encourage customers to plan their delivery and pickup accordingly so that we can have at least a day’s notice.
